Course Description

This session introduces Copilot Agent Builder, the built-in low-code experience inside M365 Copilot that allows users to create purpose-built AI agents for repeatable, trusted work scenarios without writing code. Participants will learn what Copilot Agents are and how they differ from Copilot Chat. Participants will learn how Copilot agents differ from Researcher and Analyst, and why agents are the right choice when work needs to be consistent, reusable and shared across a team. Participants will create a simple, grounded agent using natural language and learn best practices for accuracy, scope and responsible use.
