Course Description
Participants will examine the relationships they have with key stakeholders with a goal to strengthen work relationships. Participants will explore the importance of core analytical skills that impact project results: critical thinking, problem solving and decision making. The course will engage participants in practices and case scenarios to help them learn in an active manner.

Conduct a stakeholder inventory and stakeholder analysis.
Identify options for resolving stakeholder issues and concerns.
Identify how to reason effectively and consistently using analytical methods.
Use systematic processes for problem-solving and decision-making.
