Rather than just discussing concepts, attendees engage with scenarios and reflection exercises to help them apply techniques immediately. This workshop can be delivered either virtually or in person.
Learning Objectives:
Reframe disagreement from relationship-threatening to relationship-strengthening behavior.
Identify crucial conversation moments before they become organizational problems.
Define your intent to identify potential solutions during challenging discussions.
Create psychological safety using mutual purpose and mutual respect techniques.
Use the STATE method to share differing opinions constructively.
Give and receive feedback without triggering defensive responses.
Listen actively to understand rather than to win arguments.
Commit to specific practices that embed these skills into work routines..
