Course Description

Generative AI is transforming the way business professionals create content, solve problems, analyze information, and automate everyday work. This hands-on course introduces how AI can assist Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts in creating artifacts in their day-to-day work.  (Project Charter, Risk Register, Work Breakdown Structure, Stakeholder Requirements, Communications, and planning).  This course is tool agnostic and utilizes a chat interface of your choice.  

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Large Language Models while building confidence using AI in business.

• Understand how to use AI ethically, securely, and responsibly within an organization without leaking proprietary corporate data.

• Learn how to write effective prompts that consistently extract highly structured project and product assets.

• Transform raw unstructured text into clean user stories and acceptance criteria using a chat window.

• Leverage chat tools to brainstorm Work Breakdown Structures and map out project goals.

• Summarize extensive documentation and draft tailored communication for stakeholder groups.
